Trainer’s choice warmup
Bench Press (3X5, 1X3, 3X1)
Nicole (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
20-Minute AMRAP of:
400m Run
Max Rep Pull-ups
PRd bench with #215
Got 5 runs and 100 pullups…went 20 each round…was on my way back in from run #6 when the time ran out. A little bit quicker and I could have gotten a few more pullups.
