10 Front Rack Walking Lunges 115/75
15 Knees to Elbows
400m Run/500mRow (not RX)

NOTES:

#275 for 5 on backsquat

Scaled the wod and did #95 for lunges and rowwed 500m instead of running

 

Second WOD

5 rounds:

30 sec airdyn sprint
66 ft #135 sled push
10 GHD
66 ft #135 sled push

Time: 8:47

Wasn’t a bad workout but wasn’t fun either. To do ten rounds would mean the time per round would increase dramatically. The push was the hardest part.
