Dynamic Warm Up
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Death By Clean & Jerk 135/95
EMOM ascending ladder 1 the first min, 2 the second, 3 the third and so on until you are not able to complete within the min.
When you cannot complete, rest 1 min, decrease the reps by ½ and do that many reps EMOM for remainder of 20 min.

#115 for wod…worn out still from Angie the day before. Also only had about 6 hours of sleep last night.

Made it to round 8 and could not get all 8…rested the 1 min then did 3s the rest of the wod.
