Dynamic Warm Up
Split Jerk (15 min to 1RM Split Jerk)
Nate (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
20-Minute AMRAP of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell Swings, 70#

Option B
5 Pull Ups
7 Push Ups
12  KB Swings 53/35
NOTES
Could only get 185 …missed 205 twice…strength has really tanked…I was also pretty tired…dine from jerk blocks
6 rounds and 6 reps…subbed MUs with 4 strict ring pull ups…kipped all the hspus and did them all on plates and a ab mat
