The CrossFit Warm-up
3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips
Back Squat (5×3)
Bear Complex (5 rounds of 7 reps)
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Second Push Press
NOTES:
#245 for back squat x 3
did 45, 95, 115, 135,135 for Bear Complex…grip was GONE
