Back Squat (Back Squat 2×5, 2×3, 3×1)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
12 Min AMRAP
7 Deadlifts 135/95
7 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
7 Front Squats 135/95
NOTES:
Back squat: 315…think i could have gotten 325 with a little more time
Metcon:
3 rounds at 135
1round + 14 at 95
right wrist started hurting and lower back got super tight
