2 Power snatch + 2 OH Squats (EMOM 7 minutes)

Run 1 mile (NFT)
Each lap perform 20 lunges
NOTES:
Power Snatches: just used #45 to warm up shoulders
Isabel:
Grace: 3:49  New PR
instead of run…row’d… 1600m…every 400m, 20 lunges

Extra:
3×3 skin the cats
Snatch : 1×1 135  tried for 145….would have gotten if i was faster under the bar
