WOD 6.12.14
Dynamic warmup
Deadlift (7×2)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
20 Min AMRAP
400m Run Then…
3 Rounds
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
****1 Round is run plus 3 times through pull ups, push ups, and sit ups
NOTES:
365 x 2 for deadlift…need to work on my grip and start using hook grip
3 rounds + 400 + 4 pull ups for wod…pushups were the hardest part.
