NOTES:
held handstand about 4-5 seconds…need to work on keeping legs straight up and locking core more
WOD: 22:40  3rd for the day
shoulders got tired and core was crampy in the 30 and 20 rounds of wallballs. The heat was the biggest factor here…want to do this one again when it gets colder and see what a difference it makes.
