10 Back Squats 135/95
10 HR Push ups

NOTES:

205 for 3 on bench press…no assist so I didnt try for more
155 for 3 on strict press…this was my previous 1rm

scaled back on the wod…
did #115 from rack
9:10 …and didn’t really try to kill it, took my time
