*must be with a partner to be Rx*

NOTES:

225 x 1 tired i guess
teamed with Aimee Yervasi for the wod…she got to #50 on the pushups and had to go from the knees the rest of the way but we finished in 27:15. Nice wod…if I did it solo id add another run and 100 pullups
