10 Med Ball Cleans
15 Ab-mat Sit ups

2 snatch grip deadlifts go up to 90% ….got up to 205#

1rm Snatch….got up to 145# …missed 155# 3 times….not fast enough getting under the bar…bar is coming plenty high
