3 cleans+1 jerk (EMOM 7 minutes)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
4 Min AMRAP
3 Power Cleans 155/105
5 Burpees
7 Air Squats
Rest 2 min and repeat. Start where you left off. Score is total.

NOTES:

stayed light at 155# for the emom
got 8 + 10 on wod

Did 3 x 10 with chains on back squat… #135 plus chains I think the chains are about #35 each
