NOTES:

worked up to 295 for the backsquat…felt really heavy…think im losing some strength since i have cut back on my protein…but I am on a 5 week lean cycle till my bday.
Got 1450 meters total for the row.
Didnt work on time for the KBs…just made sure I finished
