Strength/Oly
4×5 strict overhead press (no bend in knees at any point of the lift, work to a heavy but not maximal 5.)
4×5 clean pulls at 90% of you max clean

Metcon
15 min amrap
5 bar facing burpees
7 power cleans 155/105
9 back squats 155/105

NOTES:
got up to #155 for press
#155 the first full round..dropped to #135 and got 5 full rounds.
