“Someone” moved the weights I had stacked up for the Dhspus so I just did 3box jumps at 30″ and 3 deadlifts at #275 for 20min…got about 15 or 16 rounds…lost count and actually started about a min after the clock has started.
Really pisses me off when someone moves stuff to accommodate someone else who cant even do hspus.
