Oly 12 min
Every 90 sec x8 @ 75% of 1RM clean and jerk
1 power clean and jerk
1 full clean and split jerk
1 full clean
* drop bar after each rep

Strength 12 min
10-8-6-4-2, Climbing – rest as needed between sets. Keep in mind you only have 12 min
Here is an example:

You will have 6 min to get ready for metcon

10 toes 2 bar

worked up and used #155 for the c&js…back got super tight so i sat out of the deadlifts
finished wod in 12:43…was looking for something under 10 but the row wiped out my legs for the burpees…cardio is slacking too
