Warm up
Dynamics (beginning of pull up rig to end of rig)
Burpee broad jumps
Walking lunges
Traveling jump squats
Duck walk

Strength
Back squats
5×3 @ 85% of 1RM
Then EMOM for 5 min
1 back squat @ 90% of 1RM

NOTES:

did 5×3 at #315 and then bumped up to 335 for emom….really wore my legs out
