Just a quick listing of a few goals that I have for myself for this year:

  1. Ring Muscle Up
  2. 405# Back squat
  3. 315# Front squat
  4. 500# Deadlift
  5. Sub 19:00 5K row
  6. Finish in top 500 in South East region for Masters 40-44 age range in 2015 Crossfit Open
