01/05 Monday
Warm up
Squat reinforcement and stretches with band that will benefit your squat. Coaches will demonstrate during class.
Strength 20 Time cap
Establish a 1 RM back squat

WOD
“Cindy”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

NOTES:
Worked up to #355 backsquat…ill take it since I basically have done nothing in the last two weeks while my knees healed.
New Cindy PR I think…13 rounds even…pushups is what gets you.
