Strength
5 working sets (get as heavy as possible)
3 hang cleans+3 front squats+3 push/split jerks
*bar may not drop during the complex
Metcon
10 ROUNDS for time
3 squat clean to thrusters 135/95
3 chest 2 bar pull ups

NOTES
worked up to #175 for strength…think I could have gotten #195 with more time
Finished metcon at 12:19…hit round 7 right at 6:00 and lower back got tight.
Need to work mobility and correcting “butt wink”
