Workout 15.1
9-minute AMRAP:
15 toes-to-bars
10 deadlifts (M 115 lb. / F 75 lb.)
5 snatches (M 115 lb. / F 75 lb.)

Workout 15.1a
6-minute time cap
1-rep-max clean and jerk

NOTES:
Back was tight the first round….could really feel it pulling…loosened up after that some but i still did not push it too hard…could have gotten a full round more if i was feeling 100%
Also would have a different strategy for the t2b and the transition from deadlifts to snatches
15.1 – 115 reps (3 rounds and through the deadlifts)
15.1a – 165, 175, 190, 205, final lift 210
had about 10 seconds left and tried for 215 but ditched

Puts me in at 543 out of 1505 in the southeast region for masters men 40-44
