Metcon: “Beach Pump Annie”
50-40-30-20-10 for time of Double Unders, AbMat situps, and hand release pushups.

Dubs hung me up…first time doing them since i hurt my ankle 3 weeks ago. Felt ok but was hard to get going.

Strength:
1 up to 10, 10 down to 1
curls with a #45 barbell…DO NOT LET GO OF THE BAR!…rest as needed between sets but dont let go of the bar

3 laps down and back of the floor…walking lunges
