Dynamic Warm Up
6 rounds of:
1 minute of rowing
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute rest
*Try for as many reps as possible of EACH exercise, not just total score. Post separate totals of calories rowed, burpee reps and double-under reps completed to comments.
Here’s a little video I made with my phone one day when I was wondering around in my back yard. I tend to go outside and walk around looking at the plants and stuff while im thinking on something.

Here’s another video using the GoPro mounted on the grill of my car. Figured out a better way to edit and compress this down using Adobe Premiere Pro this time around. Before anyone complains about me driving fast, the video is actually sped up…otherwise this whole video would be 15 minutes long. More like this to come soon. I hope this fall Ill get a chance to go up to the mountains and do some driving there.
I got a GoPro camera recently and made this little video of me swimming in a pool. What I didnt realize was that without the special “dive” housing the videos and pics it shoots underwater will be blurry. This one didnt turn out so bad but the rest of the video and pictures shot this day are too blurry to see anything really. In the open air though this camera takes great HD quality pics and has some nice picture and video modes. I kind of like the fish-eye look to the pictures too. Ill post more of a review later when i get a chance to play with this some more but here is my first pool video…
